Regional Feedback • More SCTs are providing significant leadership in school professional development and learning • Many SCTs are using a variety of coaching/mentoring models to support and challenge staff • Some SCTs are full time permanent , some are on fixed term contracts • SCTs who work in a team or committee have found the position less isolating • There is considerable variety in SCT tasks depending on the school context and needs of staff
