Based on an operating protocol customizable and remotely updatable by physicians depending on the patient’s needs Maximum flexibility with a per-patient granularity Communication with sensors over Bluetooth connection Communication over Internet using HTTPS protocol through different communication networks (ADSL, GPRS and HSDPA). Confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of information Standard formats for data exchanged (HL7-CDA and XLM) To improve interoperability of data among different systems Successfully demonstrated with 30 CHF patients followed by Fondazione Gabriele Monasterio-IT, Hospitales “Virgen del Rocio”-ES and Zdravstveni Dom koper-SLO Activity miss < 2% False positive alarms <5% Health @ Home - telemonitoring of CHF patients (2/2)
