Review Of TC Process • TC Rules • PSTC formed in accordance with OASIS recommendations • Participation • Open to OASIS members • Registered participation 15 days prior to meeting • Others considered probationary for 60 days or 3 meetings • Continued involvement requires • Attending 2 of every 3 meetings • Responding to 80% of email ballots • Leave of absence • One per calendar year • Max 45 days • Second only by approval of TC

Review Of TC Process • Standards Process • Submission • Agreed TC specification • Summary document • Proof of implementation by three supporting members • Compliance with OASIS IPR policy • Standardization • 30 day admin window • Thereafter presented to OASIS board at start of next quarter • Adoption by OASIS membership vote
