  6. E-learning 1.0 • Replicates the teacher-led classroom • Content is designed to lead students through controlled exercises • Conventional assessment and evaluation of assignments

  7. E-learning 2.0 • Focuses on collaboration • Emphasizes social learning (blogs, wikis, virtual worlds: Second Life) • Advocates learning by doing or teaching others
