Part 1 – The Psychology of Sales • As Human beings we operate under the extremely flawed concept that what people say is what they are communicating. This is amazingly inaccurate! • Only 7% of Human communication is verbal! Let that sink in for a second. • For every conversation you have with someone 93% of the information is interpreted subconsciously. • With training and experience you can learn to understand a large portion of the conversation on the conscious level. • Put simply, you will know when they don’t tell you something, when they are lying, when they are lost, etc…
Part 1 – The Psychology of Sales • The first part of “The Quarter Method” System is all about understanding that psychology and influencing the client. • Learning how to read body language and understanding subtle cues from the client is essential to success. • Psychology is the first part of the system because we need you to learn how to think with this mindset before we can teach the next two parts.
Part 2 – The Methodology of Sales • ALL sales follow a method or process! • Not all Processes are effective! • Your sales process should help to guarantee a percentage of the sales closing. • A sales process is simply the steps taken to get the client in the door, close them and then get referrals. • The Methodology of Sales not only teaches how to create a process, but it also explains the effect of each step on the client’s psychology.
Part 3 – Closing Linguistics • Closing is not just something you do at the end of the sales process! • Closing is an art! Closing is a language, and you MUST be fluent to be valid! • A true closing master is an artist, and when the client is signing the paperwork they are smiling and relieved at how comfortable the sale was from start to finish! • Closing Linguistics teaches the foundation you need to become a fluent master at sales.
