Provide post loss survey reports. Assist customers in identify their risks. Assist customers with a risk management plan. Measure buildings in order to complete a sum insured assessment (an added benefit to the risk survey). Conduct workshops and presentations for customers on Risk Management. Produce fact sheets and educational material for customers on specific topics. Answer questions and find solutions for certain risks and exposures.

Business Continuity & Disaster Planning If an operation has to close for an extended period of time because of a fire or other catastrophic event, often up to two years or more, what will be the outcome of such an extended period of closure? Following an emergency, an effective plan should address immediate considerations of the organisation. Some examples include: Identify key people Alternate premises Communication Plant & machinery / equipment requirements IT equipment / data recovery / stationary

Retain general supervisory power over any work. Define the contractors respective area of responsibility. Have you inducted the contractor? Site orientation. OH&S policy. First aid. Relevant policies and procedures. Emergency contact / Incident reporting.

Are plans in place to ensure work is supervised? How will hazardous materials or equipment be stored? Hot work permits & impairment notices? Public Liability Insurance (at least $10 million recommended)? Professional Indemnity Insurance (Consultants)? Workers Compensation Insurance?
