  4. Recurring Maintenance • “Normal” is Four Visits Per Year • Perform PWS Items • Develop Working Relationship With QAE • Familiarity with Facilities • Now Potpourri of Support

  5. Service Order Process QAE reviews and signs SO Form Contractor Completes Cost Section QAE initiates SO Form Contractor emails completed SO Package to HNC CEHNC Review and Authorization Perform Work QAE Signoff and Invoicing

  6. Repair Process • Paperwork Takes a Few Days • Larger Projects/Ordering Parts Takes Longer • Overall Average is About 1 Month • Identification to Completed Repair

  7. Emergency Repairs • Not First Responders • Fix the Cause of the Leak; not Respond to the Leak • Potpourri of Support • None, 3, 12, and 24 Hour Support

  8. Response Goals * Extensions authorized for materials/parts delays, Work Plan development, or when combining several SOs to save on mob costs. ** Normally 12 Hours
