Support Team Update • DAPS/DODSSP • DODSSP has filled vacancies • DAPS has added a PM for IT (includes ASSIST) • Monitors CERTS, Info Assurance, other external rqmts • Managing the acquisition of hardware refresh • Northrop Grumman Support Contractor • Additional developers hired and retained • NG has instituted more structure (Source Safe, System Change Requests)
New Maint Old Maint System EnhancementsMaintenance modernization • Fully implemented (?) with a major release on Labor Day weekend 2007 Good News – DODSSP no longer does double entry of data
Update on Status ofMaintenance Modernization • Not so good news – There have been • many issues that have had to be dealt • with since fielding the new application
System EnhancementsASSIST Project Maint • LSAs can now see a list of all queued project requests requiring action • LSAs can review history of project request approvals and rejections

Changes to the QPD SinceLast Year’s Conference QPD now receives nightly data extracts from Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) Code has been migrated from .NET 1.0 to .NET 2.0
Due to a change in DOD policy, suppliers wishing to maintain their retention on a QPL/QML must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and must maintain their registration in an active status.

Future PlansProject Module • Modernization Development has Begun • Module is being reengineered from Cold Fusion to .NET • Reduced number of input screens (13>4) • Developer has been tasked to link the project request to a document number • Expect to have a beta for testing to solicit user feedback by April 2008
