ITER-like Wall Project Organisation Summary • Clear statement of work to be done via WBS • Clear resourcing requirements via the WBS • Clear project costing via roll-up from bottom level of WBS • SAP WBS(e) numbers align with WBS for easy cost analysis • Cost collection at a lower level to that in SAP - allows more local control • QRN system also keys into WBS - allowing greater traceability • Allows future changes to be easily identified thereby easing change management
