For the sake of the penny, we need to find a way to give it more value!
5 Pennies of appreciation • Take the 5 pennies and put them in your pocket. • For one week move a penny from one place to the next when you give someone an appreciation. Try and move all 5 pennies each day. Don’t give your pennies away! • Notice how people respond.
What can you do? • Post your grateful list where you’ll see it every morning. • Enjoy one simple pleasure everyday. • Tell a co-worker or your supervisor one thing you enjoy about your work when you get back to work. • Tell those five people you appreciate that you appreciate them, today! Then move all your pennies!
“A penny buys a penny’s worth; an appreciation multiplies.” Mark Willmarth
