Note: 2014 certification for Coventry will continue to be housed on the current Coventry certification site. 2015 Certification for both Aetna and Coventry will be housed on the current Aetna certification site. • PURL’s (Personalized URLs) are distributed to TOH (Top of Hierarchy) organizations. • Each PURL is unique to the marketing partner and lets us know which brokers the partner is directing to take Aetna certification. • Agents who access the site with a PURL will be tied to the marketing partner who provided the PURL. • Agents may enter the site without a PURL, but will not be tied to a marketing partner when they register. PURL • All agents coming to the site for 2015 certification are required to complete registration. • Both Individual Medicare and Group Medicare agents use the same site for certification. • The Registration Wizard will allow the selection of multiple options. Choices are: • 1) Large Group Medicare,2)Small Group Medicare, 3)Individual Medicare. AHIPRegistration Learning Home Page • Agent is directed to Learning Home page and will have one (1) learning plan for each item indicated during registration. Basic Training Requirements AHIPtraining and exam which includes FWA (Fraud, Waste & Abuse) Coretraining and exam (combined Aetna-Coventry) Part D training and exam (combined Aetna-Coventry) • Individual Medicare Market (MAPD) training • Broker Managers upload training events to the Live Calendar on the certification site starting 08/01. • Agents enroll in one or more MAPD market training sessions via the online calendar. • Broker Manager marks completion which unlocks the MAPD exam. • National MAPD training which covers all markets will be available to partners with agents selling MAPD plans in multiple markets. • Online MAPD exam • Agent takes exam online. Exam is only required once, even if the agent attends multiple Individual Medicare Market (MAPD) training events. MAPD Training Requirements For Distribution Partner Use
