  2. With a Multi-Party System… • Is there a clear winner? • Will uneducated voters get confused? • Is a multi-party political system constitutionally possible?

  3. Is the public opinion being represented? • A third party does not affect the Electoral College. • In the 2000 presidential election, the people who voted for Nader would have preferred Gore to Bush by a ratio of 5:2.
