Important Dates • Wednesday, June 25th: Mandatory Attendance • Grad Mass: 9:30 am at Holy Cross Church • Grad Brunch: 11:00 am at school • Rehearsal: immediately after brunch • This is when you will receive your tickets and your grad gown – HOWEVER, if you have any unpaid debts to the school (missing books, sports fees, etc.) you will not receive your tickets/gown until this matter has been cleared • You must be available until at least 3:00 pm this day, so make sure to book off work.
Graduation Ceremony • Thursday, June 26th – 7:00 pm at CtK • Graduates should report to the theatre between 6:00 and 6:30 pm in your gown • Guests should go to the gym, and are advised to arrive as early as possible since seating is first-come, first-served • Guests will only be admitted with a ticket
Valedictorian Elections • Elections will take place on Tuesday, June 3rd • Graduates must be present at the assembly in order to be eligible to vote • Applicants may pick up a form outside of Wkrm 33 • Completed forms due by Tuesday, May 27th - please hand them personally to Miss McKee (do not slide them under the door, etc.)
Prom Info • Friday, June 20th – arrive by 6:30 pm • Mississauga Convention Centre • Tickets are $85
Prom Ticket Sales • Monday, June 9th to Friday, June 13thONLY • After school in Room 324 (Miss M’s class) • Tickets are $85 – cash or cheque • Absolutely NO tickets will be available after Friday, June 13th
Prom Guests • Any person who is not a member of the CtK Graduating Class of 2014 is considered a guest at prom - this includes students in other grades, former graduates, and outside guests • In order to bring a guest to prom, you must complete a GUEST FORM and submit it to the MAIN OFFICE no later than Monday, June 2nd (no exceptions!) • Forms are available outside Workrooms 33 and 34
Prom Table Selection • There are 10 people per table • Table selection occurs at the time of ticket purchase, and NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE • You may not reserve seats for people who have not yet purchased a ticket • However, one person may purchase multiple tickets and thus select seats for each of those people • If any of the tickets being purchased are for guests, the GUEST FORM CRITERIA will apply
