  2. 5-21-12 Objectives: • To continue to monitor comprehension and draw conclusions about plot by answering study guide questions and taking Cornell Notes • To analyze Simon’s role as a prophet and martyr. • To examine plot, characters, motives, and symbolism in Chapters 5-8.

  3. Today’s Agenda: • Read Chapter 8, taking Cornell Notes in correct Cornell Notes format. • Answer study guide questions. • Complete journal entry #4 for Chapters 7-8. (time permitting) • Pass back graded papers.
