1. Revision of existing surgical procedures and organisation Optimizing and rationalizing patient care Analyzing and evaluating any step insurgical procedures in order to minimize and optimize them Securing the correlation between proper indications and planned procedures NESA’s aimsandgoals
2. Introduction of new procedures and quality standards Introducing new and re-evaluated surgical procedures Creating surgical quality standards Optimizing post-operative oncological treatment
3. Transfer of knowledge and know-how The initiative for a new European school of medicine (NESOMed) Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation Organising exchange programmes Transferring knowledge and know-how to countries with limited resources
