Self assessment About halths
Me and spiritual health I am doing yoga every day and all so mind for body. To me spiritual health is when your body relaxed and you have good sleep. Mind for body helps you to come down and relax. It really important when you hade bad sleep. That why I think I am a spiritual healthy person.
me and emotional health. For me emotional health helps me to create new handmade things but some times you cant think because you had bad sleep. To help your brain to work I am doing mindfulness. That why for me sleep is the most important thing to care about. That why with mindfulness I think I am emotional healthy person.
Me and Physical health. For me physical health is when you doing sports. I am playing tennis, I am swimming, I am going to the gymnasium, I am going to running lessons, I am doing to athletics lessons and all so I am dancing. That why I think that I am physical healthy
Me and social health. For me social health is when you have many friends and you are not by your self. And all so when you happy!!!I have more Russian friends ,but I am happy with them they are really good friends! That I think that I am social healthy person!!!
