Klikko volcano shelter Our shelter is made of steel which makes it strong. We made sure that we had tinned food because it lasts for a long time and does not go mouldy!
Jason said I made a plan of a shelter big enough for three families. The electricity is made by solar panels that are on the side of the building protected by bulletproof glass.
Nadia made a volcano as well as the shelter for people and animals, even worms. We kept extra tents inside the shelter so they can’t break and then they could be used outside when the volcano stopped erupting.
Lucas and Joel Our shelter had a torch and a radio to see if it is safe to go out. We also had bottled water because it stays fresh that way.
Liam Mine has a lava proof shield, brick walls and all the stuff is in the attic so the lava won’t get it.
Bryony I made a special shelter over the door so you could have a bbq with some protection. I built a fire place and a chimney so we could stay warm.
Kayse had tinned food so he could survive for a long time. He made it a brown colour to look real
Jaynie, Mystique, Christina and Naomi The girls had gas bottles because they last for a long time and powered the bbq. They built gates for privacy and had a garage to keep the bottles safe.
