It is also responsible for getting energy, blood, and other substances to parts of the body. The muscular system allows us to do simple tasks; Sitting straight, running, walking, standing, etc.

  3. The 3 types of muscle There are 3 types of muscles that all the muscles in the body are classifies under. The 3 types are cardiac, smooth, and skeletal. • Skeletal- Muscle tissue that allows the movement a human consciously makes; Attached to the bone.
