Allowable Lane Closure: • Single lane closures on NB and SB Dulles Connector Road are allowed from 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM, with the exception of Friday night and Saturday night when these closures are permitted from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. • Shoulder closures during the day are permitted from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (NB), and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (SB). • Total closure of the roadway for a maximum duration of 20 minutes is permitted from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM.

Construction : Sequence Construction Phases: • Phase-1 (Southbound), Chain Bridge Road to I-66. • Phase-2 (Northbound), I-66 to Chain Bridge Road. • Work on each Phase is divided into three segments. Clearing & Grubbing shall be confined to those areas required for access to and physical placement of the new sound barrier wall, erosion control devices and temporary safety fence. To the extent possible, all other existing vegetation shall remain.
