2. About Us – Who we are … RD-Software is a software development company. Our core business is the development of individual software for corporate clients and operating as OEM-supplier. RD-Software was established in Russia in 1997, followed in October 2001 by RD-Software GmbH in Germany. We have a presence on the IT market for over than 10 years Companies in Germany, Finland, UK, Russia and USA benefit already from a partnership with us. There are three most important criterions of software development: quality of the product, resources spent, compliance with delivery dates ("the right product for the right price at the right time"). Our methodology in project management helps us to achieve best values for this criterions simultaneously, considering all of them being important for our customer.

About Us – Our resources … RD-Software staff in Germany: 2 (Management) in Saint-Petersburg: 25 Developers ( 5 Project leaders, 20 Programmers in 5 teams), All our employees graduated from St.-Petersburg Universities with master/engineer of Computer Science or Mathematics degrees. The average age of a team member is 27 years and the average age of experience is 8 years. Hardware resources: ~50 powerful PCs (2-SUNs, 2-HPs, 48 IBM compatible) Operational systems: Windows family, Solaris, HP-UX, FreeBSD, Linux

Issues Tracking System For: Caspian Pipeline Consortium World distributed information storage system for workflow controlling of aninternational enterprise. (Conception, design,development, integration to PDM&EDA, the multi-tiered architecture, cross-platform core and GUI parts, distributed execution of core, core modules and GUI). Standard package in the information logistics field. (Functionality extension/tuning in remote controlmodule, transactions module, long-termsupport & maintenanceagreement, software development according tobank revision requirements). TECDOC For: TECDOC - IT-Joint venture of 28 vehicle spare part manufacturer (in cooperation with ISB AG, Karslruhe) Database compact and secure backup/restore utility and heterogeneous high customizable installation set for spare parts catalogue product. (Conception, design, implementation, data stored is an XML set, archived with ZIP and DES encrypted. DB-engine independent, operates via ODBC. Supports old database engines which supports ODBC v1.0 only,documentation, technical support) PRESTO For: Daimler Chrysler A.G. (in cooperation with ISB AG, Karslruhe) Product aimed to processing and creating prices for vehicle spare parts in community with several third-party systems.
