The InterGlobe Competencies- a summary • There are 8 Competencies- standardized across Bands – all bands • Moving from Band to Band, there is a gradation in the competency definitions and behavioral indicators, as the complexity, intensity, impact and focus of the roles changes • Some behavioral indicators are identical across Bands- they are behaviors required across the organization, irrespective of band, level or position.
