  2. Improving Exam Feedback for Student Learning Feedback to students that enhances and improves their learning is an essential feature of testing center services. With the increased emphasis on learning outcomes and evidences of student learning derived from assessments, testing centers have a great opportunity to help instructors plan and carry out effective strategies for designing and implementing feedback that will help students learn and help instructors improve their courses.
