Common Core in New York 2010: Common Core State Standards 2011: EngageNY.org 2013: Grades 3-8 ELA and Math Assessments 2014: Common Core Regents Exams: • June 2014: ELA and Algebra • June 2015: Geometry • June 2016: Algebra II & ELA • Class of 2017: First cohort of high school graduates required to pass Common Core Regents Exams for graduation
