Al Farooq Omar Ibn Al Khattab Mosque & Centre The Al Farooq Omar Ibn Al Khattab Mosque & Centre is a gift to the UAE from the Al Habtoor Group to raise awareness about Islamic civilization, Arabic heritage and the culture of the UAE – and to bridge the differences between different cultures and religions.

  3. Mission • The purpose of the Al Farooq Omar Ibn Al Khattab Mosque and Centre is to raise awareness about Islamic civilization, Arabic heritage and the culture of the UAE. We aim to create a bridge between the East and West.

The Mosque is a major landmark in Dubai • It has attracted more than 12,000 tourists since it opened in 2011 • The Mosque has also welcome diplomats from around the world including a delegation from former US President Jimmy Carter’s office • Other delegate visits include the UK, US, France, Germany, Belarus and Kosovo as well as visitors from numerous global corporations Thousands of Visitors
