Strengthening and re-orientation of the employment of new engineers, who are affected by the economic crisis, to contemporary professional activities. Exploiting new technologies to create self-employment initiatives Design of up to date tools for the efficient organization of services offered by local social care agencies Enhancement of knowledge and skills of unemployed beneficiaries in order to organize local social care agencies

ALDA General Assembly 2015/ 9th May 2015, Podgorica Networking - Transnational actionsResults of the action plan of «TOPSA PATRAS» development scheme Results of the action plan Identification of needs of direct and indirect beneficiaries of the social services of Patras • Direct beneficiaries are persons who receive (or are in need of) related services. • Indirect beneficiaries are those that belong to the close family or friendly environment and are affected by the overall situation. • Creation of a mechanism that monitors the impact of different types of structures and social services as regards: • the completeness and effectiveness of services received by beneficiaries directly and • the impact of different types of structures and social services on the improvement of personal, social and professional situation of the indirect beneficiaries.
