IMCC - What We Do • Attend meetings and briefings • Provide briefings and information sessions to all levels • Make presentations & give information sessions e.G. ARMA, RMI, provincial governments • Update IMCC tool and methodology • Assist organizations considering or undertaking an assessment • Provide documents/templates

Planned Continuous Improvement on IMCC Tool and Methodology • Harvest lessons learned • Share expertise between organizations • Continuously monitor standards and best practices (national / international) • Conduct focus groups • Share IMCC tool, methodology and lessons learned with other jurisdictions
