Préparation au voyage Trois réunions seront organisées avant le départ : • 20 novembre 2012 : Présentation du projet • Janvier 2013 : Documents, formalités. • Avril 2013 : Dernières recommandations avant le départ Documents à fournir pour le voyage • Le passeport de l’élève • Une autorisation de sortie du territoire • Une participation financière de 200€ • Attestation d’assurance Santé La mise à jour de : • la vaccination diphtérie tétanos-poliomyélite est obligatoire • l’hépatite virale B est conseillée Prévoir d’autres vaccinations et traitements : • fièvre typhoïde • hépatite virale A • traitement antipaludéen CALENDRIER ET FORMALITES
