CAAC – Significant Value for IBM Enable IBM senior architects and key developers to receive first-hand knowledge and diverse perspectives from members Develop collaboration with CAAC members to drive innovation for product requirements, roadmaps and strategy Resolve customer pain points because we better understand them Drive adoption of current and future features by producing excitement for product capabilities Provide customers a forum to interact with each other to share best practices
