  2. Douglas B. Constable is currently serving as a Chairman of Kruger Plastic Products, LLC since 2016. Prior to this role, he was a partner of AccuMED Corporation from 2014 to 2016. He oversees 2500 employees and dealing with private equity holders for acquisition purposes unless the company was acquired in 2016.

  3. Douglas Benjamin Constable expanded the company branches and facilitated the construction and growth of new assembly in Zhuhai, China, and Mocksville, NC. It is his designed policies that resulted in sales growth and the company’s branches oversee.

  4. He also brought an innovational aspect to the company where he took the lead – he designed and implemented new custom software systems to manage the business activities.

  5. Douglas B. Constable joined Ventlab in 2000. He served as a President for Ventlab Corporation for 13 years. The company manufactured disposable respiratory and anesthesia products, as a President he was responsible for all aspects of organizational activity. He grew sales from $2 M (which was at the point he joined) to $30 M in 2013 (his last year at the company), with the EBITDA of $4 M.
