  5. What is the weather like in Tanzania? • The climate in Tanzania is extremely hot. • All though there can be rain falls which are torrential . CONTENTS PAGE

  6. What do they eat in Tanzania? • They eat a lot of fish because Tanzania is near the coast. They also eat fruit and crops which people grow in their own farms. Tanzanian people have very white teeth because they hardly ever eat sugary foods. CONTENTS PAGE

What is the country like in Tanzania? • In the country life is not the same as in the city. • People live in mud huts or under corrugated iron shelters. • The people that live in the country get water from the wells. • People live a basic life in the country. • City life is a lot better than country life. • People work very hard in the country by farming by hand. What do people wear in Tanzania? • Tanzanian people wear different clothes all depending on their life style. • People in the city wear smart clothing like anyone in anyone in any city. • Poorer people wear handmade clothes dyed by berries and fruits. • Maui tribes wear brightly coloured clothes and heavy jewellery. What are the houses like in Tanzania? • In Tanzania poor people in the country live in mud huts, which they make themselves out of mud, dung, sticks and stones. • Richer people live in posh homes like any normal house in England or even sometimes greater houses then in England • The Maui tribes make houses as they travel and have no real base home. What is the education like in Tanzania? • In the city school is a lot better. • The facilities are a lot cleaner and the education is more advance. • Most children in the city do go to secondary school. • The education in the country is very poor but do get funded and is compulsory. • Some children do not get the chance to go to secondary school. • Children finish school at the age of ten or eleven.
