  1. 2013-14 Contract Changes Overview • All Contracts: • Removed the requirement for employees to initial specific paragraphs and added language for employee to agree to all contract terms by his or her signature • Added language regarding District ability to change locations/positions based on need/qualifications • Liquidated damages • Added language that good cause exceptions are outlined in policy GCQC • Added grace period to certified contracts waiving liquidated damages until June 1, 2013 • Removed language to extend contract due to emergency closures for Administrators since contracts are already 12 months • Added Certified Retiree Contract
