Missouri Public Health Invoicing and Reporting System (MOPHIRS) Please refer to 7.3.1 Invoicing and Payment in the Child Care Health Consultation FFY14 Scope of Work 6 regional trainings were provided in July to introduce MOPHIRS. Currently, emails are being sent to those who attended the regional trainings with instructions for requesting access to MOPHIRS. If you were unable to attend one the regional trainings, please contact Tina Crowe with the contact information below.
