Pre-requirements • No strict formal requirements BUT: • some previous knowledge of national insolvency law OR parallel participation in a course in insolvency law (Prawo upadłościowe i naprawcze) would be highly desirable. • orientation in basic concepts of corporate law

Exam • An early exam in oral and written form is envisaged approx. in mid-January • Three exams in written form (essays) will be scheduled during the regular exam session • 3 questions, 60 minutes • Use of the EIR allowed, any other materials prohibited • Precise times to be announced in mid-October
