Communicating The Vision • The Problem: Then I said to them, “You see the bad situation we are in, that Jerusalem is desolate and its gates burned by fire… • The Solution: Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem… • The Reason: so that we will no longer be a reproach. • The Reason For Us To Act Now: I told them how the hand of my God had been favorable to me and also about the king’s words which he had spoken to me.

Projects Worth Pursuing • Why the wall was such a worthy project: • It was obviously broken. • It provided an opportunity for teamwork. • It represented God’s reputation. • It addressed their physical and spiritual safety. • It required significant faith, but was do-able. • It was their responsibility.
