Smart Time Human Resources Office • New Process • Two (2) week reporting schedule • Follow the bi-weekly payroll calendar • Employee Deadline: Monday, 10:00 am • Supervisor Deadline: Monday, 4:00 pm • DO NOT wait until these deadlines to take action. If employees do not work on the weekend, it is recommended employees complete web time entry by 5:00 pm Friday (the end of the pay period).

Smart Time Human Resources Office • Transition Period • March 1 - 9 • Complete a paper timesheet. • Employees must bring completed and signed transition timesheet to training. • Transactions cannot be run through the payroll system; must be manually entered on PEALEAV. • Employees will not see the leave reported on their pay stubs. • Leave balances will be correctly displayed on the “leave balance” link in self-service banner.

Supervisor is required to sign-off that the employee is Smart Time ready. • Attendance is required for all employees and supervisors • Sign-up on the HR Training Calendar: http://www.uncfsu.edu/hr/training-calendar • Limit of 20 participants • Cook Building – Room 203
