  3. What is Lecture Capture? Umbrella term that describes any technology that permits educators to record what happens in their classrooms and make it available in a digital format (Educause, 2008).

  6. Camtasia Relay Let’s try it! Screencast software Record all actions on a computer screen Accompanied by audio Can be easily shared with others

  7. Adobe Connect Let’s try it! Web conferencing software Allows multiple people to connect via internet Share audio, video, documents, presentations, etc. Connect sessions can be recorded

  8. Best Practices: Recording Audio Microphone at right distance from mouth Speak slowly and clearly Don’t forget to smile : ) Eliminate background noise Write a script Share goals and objectives early
