  8. Ingredients for Making Serabi • 100 g wheat starch • 1 tbsp plain flour • 75 ml water • ½ teaspoon pepper • 1 teaspoon salt • * 1 clove garlic, grated • * 30 g white soybeans, soaked until soft, drained • * 1 leek, thinly sliced • * Cooking oil

  9. Procedure of making Serabi • Mix the flour and baking powder. Sift, and then put into a single basin. • Beat eggs and salt until frothy and enter suji leaves coconut milk and water, stirring until blended. • Pour the egg mixture into the flour and baking powder mixture little by little, knead until smooth and fluffy. • Leave it for 1-2 hours. • Heat a pancake griddle (small pan), basting with oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons batter. Wait until the pancake surface pores appear, then closed. Cook until done. Remove from skillet. Repeat this process until the dough runs out. • Ready to serve with the sauce.

  10. Ingredients to Make The Sauce • 500 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar • 1 teaspoon salt

  11. Procedure of Making The Sauce • Boil all ingredients while stirring so that the coconut milk doesn't shatter, lift it up and let it cool.
