Transparency-Post agendas/minutes; keep a communication exchange with larger group (i.e., the e-pub Community of Practice interacting with the FACT2 Council). • 5. Look for some projects that can be completed and others that continue to build. • 6. Be project-driven and delegate tasks.

Make suregroup leader can be found when questions about group activities arise. • 9. Identify timelines, delegate responsibilities and stay accountable. Build-in back up/reminder systems. • 10.Plan for succession and smooth transition for next iteration/cycle. Remember to acknowledge all who helped.
