In Summary • Education = Economic Empowerment = Infrastructure=GDP growth • Government • Measure institutions by outcomes – i.e. performance – remove the scar of “educated unemployed” • Technology is here to stay – Subsidise specially broadband access • Encourage inter institution collaboration & PPP (foreign investments) ; Reduce over regulation • Industry • Assist in Institutions strategy to plan for and adapt to new technologies • Hone students to manage and cull information, provide experts, and resources
