General Things • Dues • $35 go to AOSCH, T-shirts, Mirrors Funds • Due at next general body meeting ( Wed. 9/11) • Cash or check written out to Mirrors Sophomore Class Honorary • Point System • 15 per semester • 6 from meetings • 6 from volunteering (Involvement fair is 1 point) • This includes other events, not just James Volunteering • 3 Committee meetings

  5. Officer Updates • Sydney • They are coming! • Cole • ~$1400 after paying for shirts • Dues coming in • Rohit • James Volunteering • Other opportunities • Alexis • Theme • Date • Venue

  6. Committees • Dance • Answers to Alexis • Divided up into smaller subcommittees (food, decorations, etc.) • Advertising • Answers to Nima and Natasha • Chalking, posters, flyers, anything!

Committees Continued… • Selections (will form second semester) • Answers to Ray and Stephanie • Recruitment, Applications, Interviews • Fundraising • Answers to Katherine and Dan • Planning/Implementing Fundraisers • Philanthropy?? • Not something done in the past, but may be needed with new volunteering ideas

Committees Continued…again. • I will set up a doodle poll and send it out. • Have your top two preferences in mind (we will try to accommodate everyone). • Being on a committee does not mean that you will have no contact with any other part of Mirrors. Everyone will be doing everything they can to help.
