  1. Mirrors General Body Meeting 9/11/13

  2. Announcements • J. Gumbo’s Fundraiser raised $45 • Good trial run for something in the future • Bigger things coming up  Schott Cleanups! • Retreat • Cookout? • Anyone who has an elected position please stay after the general body portion of the meeting has ended.

  3. Committees • They have been assigned. • I tried my best to accommodate everyone. • You should be hearing from your committee head within the week.

  4. Updates • Sydney Bring up dues and get your shirt. • Cole Committee heads will receive budget information after the meeting tonight. • Alexis No new Dance updates • Rohit Greeting Card Program • Orientation training options • 9/23 9-10 am or 9/27 11-12 pm • Those trained on this date will train the rest of the volunteers. • Vote!

Expectations • Social Chair- Daniel Shtivelberg • Retreat • Social gatherings for members • Random Acts of Kindness- Matt O’Connor • Recognizing birthdays, accomplishments • Keep up the good work! • Historian- Nicole Larger • Attend events • Take pictures for documentation • Create a board/scrapbook for next year’s class publicity • Technology- Anna Baglione • Manage website/Facebook page

Expectations Continued • AOSCH Reps- Jared Artz and Carlos Mendez • Attend all AOSCH Meetings • Keep AOSCH updated with our fundraisers, etc. • Take notes and report any news at General Body meetings • Fundraising- Katherine Baruk and Dan Fecher • Schott Cleanups ASAP and as many as possible before Christmas Break • Get people to go to all fundraisers! • Bigger Restaurant Fundraisers/Something more popular • Buffalo Wild Wings • Cuzzin’s • Cold Stone • Go to hall council meetings and ask for donations. NEED TO BE DONE ASAP

More Expectations • Advertising- Natasha Khawaja and NimaDahir • Know what resources are available • Union Resource Room • Matt’s Costco Membership • Bin in his office • Once a fundraiser is decided on, responsible for ALL advertising • Facebook • Flyers if needed • Advertising the dance • Flyers • Chalking
