Job Risk Analysis General designed and printed by Safety Team Can become Tick and Flick sheets Provision of Feedback to the field crews and monitoring paper based system is costly, time consuming and therefore not timely to the operator and often not done. IN SHORT – THEY BECOME AN ANNOYANCE NOT AN AID • You could walk up to the equipment • Scan a barcode or id disc • Be presented with a JHA or OHS card on the screen that is • tailor made to the machine or task • Up to date • Timed to allow all tasks to be done (Not just tick and flick) • Could have info from last job, safety warnings etc • The data could be transmitted to the office in a ready to analyse format as it is done. • PDA could be loaded with work instructions etc. • Feedback on common problems, risks etc can be downloaded back to the field crews. • JHAs or OHS data is easily filed and retained so if ever needed they can be found.

Our industry has matured from a high growth phase to more steady and targeted growth. • The existing asset must be maintained but with smaller % of funds • Software systems in use today often reflect the growth phase and retail and accounting aspects and mobile solutions tend to be extensions of those systems or stand alone data collection for example meter reading. • Relegen asserts that Asset Management is better if the asset is at the centre of process and Baseline software does that but also links with existing systems. • This approach has been deployed in the RAN, Army, Mining and Manufacturing to varying degrees
