Kheer Is still made today inside Hindu and Muslim temples. Our version of kheer is simply called rice pudding and was acquired when Britain had colonies in India.
Teamwork • In our group everyone worked very well together to make this dessert. • Ivan let us use his kitchen since he lives right across the street. • We went to the store decided on which ingredients to buy that would be the cheapest then went back to Ivan’s and got to work. • We all had fun working together and trying to make something new that we had no real idea of how it was supposed to turn out.
