International Master Degree Program in Taiwan Studies Admission • An individual of foreign nationality, who has never held nationality status from the Republic of China and does not possess an overseas Chinese student status at the time of their application, is qualified to apply for admission.

  12. International Master Degree Program in Taiwan Studies Applicants must have: 1.An undergraduate degree or postgraduate qualification in any discipline. 2. Applicants for master degree programs should have a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 90, or a minimum IELTS score of 6.5. ( Test results must be no more than 2 years old at the time of application) Exemption： a. Applicants whose latest degree was obtained in an English- speaking country. b. Applicants from countries where English is the official language.
