  3. RiverSmart Homes Version 2.0 • Web Portal • Allows homeowners to audit their own property • A tracking tool • A way of sending targeted messages to encourage maintenance

  4. RiverSmart Homes Version 2.0 • Rebate Programs • Treebate • Rain barrel rebate • Soon: rain gardens, dry wells, BayScaping & pervious paving • Soon: downspout disconnection

  5. RiverSmart Rooftops • First $3/sf • Then $5/sf • Then $7/sf (stimulus)

  6. RiverSmart Rooftops 2.0 • Now $5/sf • Cover new roofs up to 5,000 sf and retrofits of existing roofs (no max sf) • 2 tier registration • Rolling review • 1 month contract/6 month construction
