  2. Why? • Describe • What happens from both patient and professional views • Explore • How easy or difficult it is to do a Keep Well appointment Taken from: http://www.scotland.gov.uk/

  3. How? • Observe • Capture the interactions by filming • Ask • Questionnaire to patient and interviews with both patients and staff

  4. Filming very easy to do, people familiar with it, and gives so much more information

  5. How can you be involved? • Encouraging your practice team to agree to the research • Invite Susan or I to come out to the practice to discuss the project

  6. What would be involved? • Agreeing to have 3-4 appointments filmed • Working with us to send patient letters for their permission and access for filming • Taking part in a short interview to tell the researchers how you felt the consultation went
