  2. 5.1.Introduction • In only a few lines describe what is this chapter talking about, what you will describe and explain in this chapter. • For example; • “This chapter comprised a very detailed information about the architecture design of ( the project ) is explained in this chapter with all the recreation facilities and services provided indicating its location.”

  3. 5.2.Location of Project • Describe the location of the project. • For example; • “The project lies 40 kilometers from Borg el Arab airport , 5 kilo meters from Africana which gives it a great advantage of being directly in the main road and this will make it easier for guests to come.”

  4. 5.3.Land Usage • Mention the total size of the land • Describe how you will classify the land. • For example; • “The total land size is 10 faddan, the building consisting of three floors will take 8 faddan and the rest 2 faddan will be for landscape and parking area.” • “The project is occupying an area of 30 acres . 3 acres will be used in vegetation . The building will consist of 3 floor.”

  5. 5.4.Description of Facilities and Services Provided • Describe each facility and service where it will be located in the proposed project. • For example; • “There will be two restaurants in the proposed project, the first one will be on the first floor at the entrance and the second one will be on the third floor.”

  6. For example; • Cafeteria: It will be on the ground floor near to children game area. • Restaurant: There are two types of restaurants, oriental and vegetarian .Oriental restaurant is located near building staff and the vegetarian restaurant is located between parking and children game area.

  7. For example; • Souvenir shop: Located in the central, close to the coffee shop and near to the gate. • Parking area: A private parking area out side the entrance . The capacity of the parking is 150 cars and 10 busses.

  8. 5.5.Phasing of Project • For example; • “The proposed project will be constructed in two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 involves the construction of the main building, storage facility, recreational cabanas, and trails. Phase 2 involves the construction of visitor’s cabanas.”
