Sondra Healy – Employee Development Manager, City of Goodyear, AZ Sondra will highlight the details on her agency’s particular process for successful onboarding. In addition, she will discuss some of the creative and efficient ways her organization develops employees from the first day through their entire career with Goodyear. Speakers Neil Reichenberg – CAE, Executive Director, IPMA-HR Our partners IPMA-HR have joined us to co-host this event and to feature IPMA-HR member City of Goodyear. Neil will give a brief overview of IPMA-HR and the benefits of becoming a member and announce some key events coming up this year.
