Results • PC, PROF, and ISC Milestones content was most consistent. • MK, PBLI, and SBP Milestones content was least represented. • 45-71% objectives approximated Milestones performance levels.
Conclusions • PC, ISC, and PROF content was robust. • EM educators frequently, but variably, targeted high performance levels for clinical skills. • EM Milestones may inform educators to enhance SBP, MK, and PBLI content.
