To Do List (or may have already been done list) • Organizational Excellence Program Manager (OEPM) appointed in writing • Ideally obtain senior level (old program) or management designation (new program) • Be able to clearly communicate the contents of CAPP 50-9 • Get the word out about OE 2.0 • Recruit and recommend to the commander OE Committee members (and make sure the paperwork gets done). • Recruit and recommend mentors to the OE Committee.
To Do List (or may have already been done list) • OE Committee appointed in writing • Five members, including OEPM (non-voting chair) • Ideally obtain senior level (old program) or management designation (new program) • Be able to clearly communicate the contents of CAPP 50-9 • Work with the OEPM to encourage participation in the OE program.
